ARE YOUR PARTS NEW?

No. All of our parts are pulled from used vehicles. They are only pulled if it can be determined that the part works. They are tested (to the best of our ability) and cleaned before resale.



WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment has been received and items will leave our Pennsylvania warehouse within 24 business hours after processing.

Tracking information is provided to your email account with Fedex shipments.



WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE AND IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

All domestic orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground. All international orders will ship via USPS Priority (this includes shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam).

Expedited shipping is available via USPS Priority, USPS Express, and Fedex Express (please refer to the SHIPPING tab for pricing details)


WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?

We are located in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. Local pickup is not available.



WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DO I GET WITH MY PURCHASE?

We offer a 90 day warranty on all of our items. If you wish to return an item, please print out and complete the RETURN ITEM FORM and include this with the returned item. The return address is on the RETURN ITEM FORM. Without the RETURN ITEM FORM your refund may be delayed. Upon confirmation that the item returned is the item that was originally sent, we will refund you via the original method of payment. The initial shipping fee will not be refunded. If the returned item is found to be in working order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.



WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER STORE?

The best way to contact us is via email at sales@instrumentclusterstore.com. We do have a toll free phone number (800) 590-2716 but you will reach a voicemail message directing you to contact us via email. In an effort to keep costs low (which keep our prices low) and be more efficient answering your questions, we prefer email contact. By utilizing email we can reference past emails from you and give you accurate and researched answers.

We answer emails on a constant basis typically between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST, seven days a week.



WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR INSTRUMENT CLUSTERS?

The cosmetic condition of each instrument cluster is noted in its description. They range from excellent condition to instrument clusters with scratches on the lens cover (at a reduced price of course!!) There are even some available without lens covers if you are looking to save even more money. Just remove your old lens cover and pop it onto one of our clusters!

If the donor vehicle’s mileage can be determined it will be noted in the description. NOTE: the miles/kilometers on odometers are not guaranteed due to the fact that most vehicles store the mileage in the engine computer and may revert back to the vehicle’s true mileage upon installation.




WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR ENGINE COMPUTERS?

We only pull engine computers when we can determine that they are 100% functional. Certain engine computers need to be reprogrammed to your specific vehicle in order to function properly. We DO NOT reprogram engine computers. PLEASE research this issue with your mechanic before purchase! Some computers need to be reprogrammed at the dealership.



DO YOU GIVE A SHIPPING DISCOUNT IF I PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS?

We do not give shipping discounts on cluster orders due to the fact that we ship each cluster separately in its own box. We will give discounts for multiple engine computer orders. Please contact us prior to purchase.
